CNC Plasma Cutting

Plasma cutting is the most cost-effective method of cutting a range of materials.

Developments and enhancements to control, plasma and software systems have enabled significant improvements in cut quality and capability. Bolt ready holes can be cut without the need for any subsequent rework, and the edge quality even on the thicker materials is excellent.

We can cut from 0.5mm to 70mm in mildsteel. In stainless steel we can cut from 0.5mm to 20mm. We can design parts and products to customer requirements. Here are just some of the major benefits of using a CNC plasma cutter:

CNC Press Brake

Bending simple and complex parts

CNC Press Brake is used for bending different materials at different angles. This machine can bend simple and complex parts. Our machine puts out 200 tonnes of pressure. We can bend up to 3 meters of 10mm mildsteel plate. We can bend shorter pieces of heavier plate up to 16mm in mildsteel plate.

  

 We can cut from 0.5mm to 70mm in mildsteel. In stainless steel we can cut from 0.5mm to 20mm. We can design parts and products to customer requirements. Here are just some of the major benefits of using a CNC plasma cutter:
